Now, I would never think that I am smarter than an actor or dancer from Hollywood. Afterall, these millionaires obviously know more that us wee folks. I also don’t think I am smarter than a grown man playing a kid’s sport. And making millions a year doing it. Afterall, these people are reading and are informed as well as being highly educated. I just read.

So I read a law passed by a State that changes its voting laws. And unlike all the smart people in Hollywood and all those CEO’s running big companies and all these kids playing sports, I read it. And unlike all those others claiming that the law suppresses voting I don’t get it. I don’t see suppression. Who doesn’t have a passport, drivers license, a state ID (free), or a copy of a utility bill? How can the increase in drop-off boxes or the expansion of absentee voting timeframes be suppressive? And how can a law that applies to everyone equally, and enforced equally, be racist or “Jim Crow?”

I’m an old guy and I don’t get it…..

This is AMERICA. Reading legislation isn’t how we do things. You’re supposed to pick a news channel and take their word for gospel.
